Staging Area Shuttle
For those of you that are flying into Milwaukee or need a ride to the staging area from Milwaukee we will again offer the Staging Area Shuttle.
For those flying into Milwaukee
We'd advise you to fly into Milwaukee on Saturday July 26. This leaves yourself plenty of time in case of a delayed flight. We recommend flying into and out of General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) . This is the closest airport with the best connections.
There is an airport shuttle from General Mitchel International Airport to the Super 8 Motel - Milwaukee - Airport 5253 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 414-481-8488. This will be the Staging Area Shuttle pickup point.
For those not flying
The Staging Area Shuttle pickup will be in front of the Super 8 Motel -Milwaukee-Airport. You should make arrangements to arrive by the departure time. The Super 8 Motel-Milwaukee-Airport has been designated the official Milwaukee motel for SAGBRAW™. If you are staying at another motel, you should make arrangements to arrive by the departure time. We suggest that you make your reservations early as motels will fill up in Milwaukee due to the SummerFest event.
The Staging Area Shuttle will drive, (people luggage and bikes), up to the staging area on Sunday, July 27. We leave at 7am sharp. It is about a 2 hour drive.
We will also take you, your luggage and bike back to Milwaukee at the end of the tour on Saturday, August 2nd. We should arrive back in Milwaukee by about 9pm. The shuttle fee is $40 per person.
Pre-Ride Camping Option
Camping at the staging area the night before registration will be available for an additional fee, however, showers are not available.
If you are shipping your bike
Bicycles can be shipped via UPS or FedEx to Wheel & Sprocket. They are the bike shop that will be supporting the tour. Wheel and Sprocket will bring your bike to the start. Make arrangements with them to ship your bike out at the end of the tour. Check with them for details about shipping your bike. Email noel.kegel@wheelandsprocket.net

You must make your own motel reservations. You must pre-register for the shuttle. No day-of-event signups will be allowed. We must have an exact count of the people on the shuttle.
